Condor Suites Apart Hotel - Mendoza

I recently stayed at a hotel in Mendoza and I must say, it was great value for the money. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with attention to detail. I particularly loved the full kitchenette in the room - it was so handy to have. The location of the hotel was also excellent, near the centre of Mendoza and within walking distance to Plaza Independencia, the main plaza in town. Plus, there was a fantastic bakery called Brod Panaderia nearby that I couldn't resist visiting every morning.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was truly enjoyable.

I liked the hotel super comfortable, near the main streets, supermarket and access to the route easy, the bed well large and comfortable. the cleaning good, not excellent but good, beyond my experience I recommend it.

My problem was the kitchen, they didn't have utensils, only cutlery, a knife and a pan, you can't cook anything, since they only have a stove with 2 burners, there is no extractor so I couldn't cook anything for my son beyond something boiled to the pan, in the room there was a list with the menu of dishes to be able to order but when I wanted to do it they told us that they no longer provided the food service, neither in the room nor in the dining room, the cleaning service did not wash the personal things (plate/spoon/sucker), there was no sponge or detergent so I had to buy it, the cleaning in general good.

The suite-style room had plenty of space and included a kitchenette.

The WiFi in the hotel only worked in certain parts of the room and could not be received at all times. Each staff member that we asked about the password gave us a different series of letters. Also, we received a message during our stay and were told by the front desk attendant that he could not remember who called or what the message was. Overall, things were sometimes disorganized.

Wonderfully spacious rooms. Clean and well equipped. Very accommodating staff. Good location.

Rooms are comfortable

Lowest-rate rooms face the road and can be noisy for the traffic (although not that much because the road is not a big one). The other rooms are very quiet.

Nice and safe place close to restaurants and bars.

The location of this hotel couldn't be better situated. Brod Panaderia, the best bakery in town, is a block away. the biggest supermarket in the area is just down the street. the main plaza is only a few blocks down, too. the room was clean, but small, and the bathroom could use a revamp. Sadly, the staff is not attentive enough and the breakfast provided was pretty ordinary. One highlight, however, is the fact that the pool is kept in good condition and the area is quite comfortable.

While the pool is delightful, and a highlight of their facilities, it was a bit small for the number of guests, and often felt overcrowded.

I have got a big suite, open kitchen and seperated big bathroom (shouwer&toilet). Bed was very comfortable and the room was very spacy. Hotel staf were very friendly, listening and trying to help for my queries. Breakfast was open buffet.

I had one night reservation for the room I have stayed. After, I wanted to extend it another 3 nights. 3rd and 4th night were not possible due to reservation for another person. I had to change the room. for the new room I had to pay more, since it was another type of room. On my request they made some reduction on the rate. But still, it was 20US$ more than my former room. I have accepted and chenged the room. I have been surprised when I get in to the room. It was almost exactly the same room. The kitchen&living area was seperated only. then smaller bedroom, smaller bathroom and smaller livig area. And I hed to pay 20US$ more... The other thing is, that even the breakfast was open buffet, it was poor.

Very helpful and friendly staff, big rooms with lots of space.

The suite had a good size and the kitchen was a great feature to have during the trip. the location of the hotel was excellent and was within walking distance of the city center and several restaurants. It was also located close to a grocery store which was a plus.

The noise from outside was very disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. the walls were thin, and we could hear our neighbors clearly.

We wanted an apartment type hotel for 5 adults sharing in 2 1/2 bedrooms. There was only one toilet which was inside the bathroom. Would have liked another bathroom. No bath - just shower. Nice pool. Hotel was nice and quiet and staff was very helpful. We needed 2 taxis to fetch us at 04h45 on Boxing day morning and they arranged it no problem.

The staff spoke pretty good English, the location was nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable.

There was no ventilation in the bathrooms, there were holes in the curtains, the room overlooking the street was very loud.

The rooms were spacious with well-equipped kitchens, making it easy to prepare meals during my business trip. the location was great, with plenty of nearby amenities and easy access to the city center. I also enjoyed the swimming pool area, which had comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing after a long day.

The bathroom left a bit to be desired. The plumbing emitted an unpleasant odor that lingered throughout my stay, making it uncomfortable to use.

This hotel offers great value for the price. The rooms are well-furnished and have a full kitchenette, which was very handy during my stay. The staff were attentive and helpful, and the check-in and check-out process was fast. The location is excellent, near restaurants and bars, and close enough to the town center. I also loved that it was near a bakery called Brod Panaderia, where I could grab delicious pastries in the morning.

There were some bad smells coming from the bathroom, but they eventually faded away.

The hotel offered great value for money with spacious and well-furnished apartments. The full kitchenette was very handy for preparing our own meals. The location of the hotel was excellent, with vibrant neighborhoods, an enormous city park, a big supermarket, and a great bakery called Brod Panaderia all nearby. The staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful, providing us with useful advice and arranging taxis for us.

All aspects of our stay were perfect, nothing to improve.
